This piece is made here in the USA by hand, crafted and personalized to order. Each piece is sanded to a finished surface, and covered in 2 coats of polyurethane to protect the surface.
Dimensions of the piece are: 10” (Length) x 3.5” (Width) x 3/4” (Depth)
Each bottle opener has pre-drilled holes and includes the hardware to hang right from the box. We recommend using both holes to attach to a surface due to the pressure that will be applied to open a bottle.
Upon checkout, please add the # of the design you would like and be sure to include the last name for personalization if that applies.

We will accept all cancellation requests within 6 hours of ordering. Once the item is in production we cannot accept cancelation requests or returns on custom orders. If you order non-custom orders, we can refund until it is in the hands of the post office. Once they have it, I can't get it back!
All of our orders are handmade to order. If we have extra stock that is able to ship sooner, it will be clearly marked in the listing, labeled “Same Day Ship” or “Ships Same Day”- see notes below on details of days and hours this applies to.
We do require a processing window on all orders at a minimum. This is listed on every listing. If for any reason it will not ship by the date on your invoice, we will be in touch ahead of time to discuss. Please look at shipping window posted on each item for specific items. See note below under Shipping for clarification on Express shipping.
If you need your order sooner, we do offer a Rush option, an additional $25, and your item will ship within 2 days of ordering.
EXPRESS: If you purchase express shipping, be aware that this DOES NOT AFFECT the processing time, and the time needed to make your item. The 3-5 business days is not affected by purchasing the extra shipping, this just guarantees the 2-3 day Priority window by the USPS. If you need your item ASAP, please purchase the RUSH option or a same day ship item.
We only ship Monday-Friday.
Once we ship your order and send you tracking information, we have fulfilled our responsibility. If an item is taking longer than expected, it fall on the USPS and the buyer. We ship to the address the buyer puts on the order, and are not responsible for address changes after shipping.
We ship using etsy's internal shipping, so please verify/validate your address and double check before checking out. If you catch a mistake and contact us immediately, we can fix it if it hasn't shipped.
If an item says delivered and isn't, it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the USPS as all our orders include Insurance purchased by the buyer. We are not responsible for packages left and theft. If you are concerned about theft, put a note in the order before checkout, and we will make sure a signature is required for delivery.
We do not guarantee shipping Windows once we ship the items. We do guarantee out processing time, but once the item is shipped in the method the buyer selected, we are not responsible for delays. This includes customs with international orders.
If for some reason the item is returned to us through a Postal error, we will resend but are not responsible for additional shipping charges. We will be happy to resend it, but the shipping charges will fall on the buyer. We typically send an etsy conversation followed by a direct email to the address on the account to inform of the returned package.
As stated above, we use etsy's internal shipping service, so all shipments are calculated by your zip code, the weight of the products, and handling fees. We will combine shipping in one box, and if there is an overpayment, we will refund the overages.
We ship to the 228 countries etsy ships to. We are not responsible for any tariffs, custom fees, or import duties associated with orders. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research associated fees with international orders before purchasing. Our standard shipping rules apply here as well with tracking- once the order is shipped from here, it is completely out of our control. Delays are to be expected, and not a reason for a refund or canceled order. Items have been delayed by customs before, and are not a reason to cancel the order or for us to issue a refund. If the item is returned to us after not passing thru customs, we can send to another address at the buyer's expense. If the item is returned due to postal error, we will resend as with domestic orders, at the expense of the buyer.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Each of our valets are made to your order, making our products 100% custom. As a result, we do not accept returns.
Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Due to the handmade manner of assembly, there can be slight visual defects. Each of our valets are made from upcycled and reclaimed wood, which will contain natural defects. Any noticeable defects such as holes and large gouges will be caught by us and not sent. This also feeds into the 2 week processing time-the wood needs time to cure, be cut to size, and processed by hand to the final result.
We will guarantee any manufacturing defects in our products as long as we are contacted within 7 days of receiving the item.
Any damage sustained due to wear and tear, or misuse of the product is not covered by any warranty provisions.
Any damage in shipping is covered under the shipping insurance purchased, and we will assist in filing a claim and do our best to give you a replacement piece based on the result of the USPS Claim.
If your item arrives damaged, or if there is a noticeable quality issue, we will work with you to resolve the matter. We pride ourself on our 5-star feedback, and we want you to be happy! Please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback- we want to make it right with you, give us a chance!

What is your current ship time?
Our current ship time is listed on each item, click on Shipping & Policies tab to see. We typically ship out before the date listed on your invoice.
Can you help me get the item sooner?
We do offer a rush option, it is listed as an additional item, add to cart and check out. It will ship your item out in half of the time listed, so 3-4 business days.
What if I need it even sooner?
We have an entire section of items labeled SAME DAY SHIP that can ship out the same day or early the next day depending on the time ordered. These are NOT able to be engraved.
What are your gift options?
Prices and receipts are not included with any orders, but you do have the option of including a hand written greeting card and purchasing gift wrap.
Can I engrave an emblem or symbol?
YES! Message us ahead of ordering just in case, but we have not turned anyone down yet!
